We collect your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your coaching conversations including text, audio, and video messages. Payment information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
Your data is used solely to deliver coaching services, send transactional emails (magic links, notifications), and improve the platform. We never sell your data.
Conversation data is stored in PostgreSQL on our servers. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with presigned URLs for secure access. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
We use a single session cookie (httpOnly, secure, sameSite=lax) for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Conversation data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
